As a testimonial to "hospitality made in Italy”, the SIMEI Sensory Bar will be dedicated to conviviality and education regarding the responsible and moderate consumption of wine.
It will introduce visitors to a fine selection of wines in tastings and educational sessions on sensory analysis as well as renowned Italian culinary products, among other things thanks to collaboration with RISAMORE, an Italian chain of restaurants that specialize in traditional rice dishes.
In addition, RISAMORE Chef will unveil tricks and curiosity on recipes through an engaging live performance. Immediately after, the dishes can be tasted by the present audience and combined with the tasting of the most appropriate Italian wines.
Every day every half hour between 11:00 and 15:00 and between 17:00 and 18:00.
