Just like the beverage, the verification solution flows through the tubes of the plant, detecting every impurity and indicating the cleanliness with a color code in real time by changing its color from purple to green when registering the presence of organic substances.

The Thonhauser Photo Eye  accurately records the color of the verification solution. A verification software translates the data into the corresponding RGB number code and, at the same time, analyzes the state of cleanliness in the tubes. Thonhauser PST monitors the plant 24/7 so to speak, thus allowing complete security with Vertification- In- Place (VIP®) for the first time in the history of CIP.
