Sightseeing Touren
Munich is widely known as one of the most charming cities in Germany. It is set in the foothills of the Alps and has fantastic opportunities for shopping, visiting museums, theatres and art galleries, Sightseeing tours and a great range of locations to enjoy typical Bavarian hospitality is also a great opportunity to discover Munich. Munich’s stunning surroundings provide opportunities for excursions to places such as to the fairy-tale castle of Neuschwanstein or to the beautiful Tegernsee.

AFTER WORK OFFERS
Even after a long day at the trade fair, Munich doesn’t sleep. Take the opportunity to scout Munich in the evening on a leisurely tram tour along Maximilianstrasse past many interesting sights. Or take a “tasteful" excursion to the country inns and reflect upon your day over the culinary delicacies and wonderful views of the Karwendel massif, the Wetterstein Mountains and Kirchsee Lake. If you like it a little louder, you should round off the day at the Ayinger brewery – which includes a look at the brewing process and a sample of the famous beer.

CASTLE TOURS
Royal country. The unique countryside around Füssen has fascinated rulers and kings throughout the centuries. Proof of this is the more than 60 preserved castles, castle ruins and palaces. These include such world-famous ones as Neuschwanstein, the last residence of the legendary King Ludwig II of Bavaria (1845 – 1886).

ART & CULTURE
Whether it’s museums, art galleries or historic breweries – Munich has it all, and in great variety. For instance, visit the “Münchner Residenz" with the unique treasure chamber of the Wittelsbachers – a collection regarded as one of the most outstanding of its kind. Or experience Munich’s beer culture live in the Paulaner Bräuhaus. Munich has attractions for every taste. The choice is yours!

MUNICH WELLNESS
A short holiday in the city? A place that offers quiet and relaxation – now that’s something to look forward to! Enjoy the quiet after a strenuous and hectic day at the fair.
Apart from various classical wellness and beauty massages, you can also spoil yourself with a large selection of other agreeable treatments like Ayurveda, Carita or Zirh.

GOURMET TOUR
In Munich, you’ll find everything the connoisseur’s heart desires – whether it’s a culinary delight in a restaurant of the star chefs, or Bavarian speciality in one of the city’s many traditional pubs. The famous “Viktualienmarkt" – Munich’s great marketplace on over 22,000 m² – has something for every gourmet.

SIGHTSEEING IN AND AROUND MUNICH
Whether you take a tour through Munich by tram or you are visiting the Allianz Arena, the world’s most modern football stadium – the Munich area is an experience in every way. Be captivated by the magic of the Bavarian lakes, or “climb" the Zugspitze – at 2,964 m, Germany’s highest mountain – by cable railway.
