Save the created file on your harddisc and keep the location of the file and its name in mind
Open MS-Outlook and select "File - Import and Export ..." menu
Select "Import from another program or file"
Import the file as comma separated values (Windows) either in Contacts, Calendar or Notes
Allow duplicates to be created
The imported data are automatically asigned to a category and can be read separatly.
(If there are problems to convert the data for MS-Outlook, it is usually a missing import filter. You find this filter (Outcvt.exe) on the MS-Outlook CD ROM. Doubleclick the file for installation.)
