The following prices are net prices. They are subject to statutory value-added tax. For further information refer to the Special Terms of Participation B (in particular B1-B6)

a) Obligatory communication fee: € 350

b) Participation prices (minimum stand size 20 m²) are per m² of floor space:

in the hall:
Row stand (one side open)	€ 199
Corner stand (two sides open)	€ 214
End stand (three sides open)	€ 219
Island stand (four sides open)	€ 232

c) The advance payment for services that can be ordered is € 15 /m² of rented exhibition space. The advance payment is offset against the actually ordered services on the final invoice, after the trade fair.

d) Flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair
The flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair, of EUR 1.50/m² of stand space plus statutory VAT, covers the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor at his stand during the fair.

e) AUMA fee
The flat-rate fee for waste disposal during the fair, of EUR 0,60 per square metre of stand space plus statutory VAT, covers the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor at his stand during the fair (this does not apply to production waste and demonstration material).

f) Included in the participation fee is an unlimited number of redeemed vouchers for a one-day ticket

The admission document is also the invoice for your participation price, and it contains the five positions described above.
